Sauteed Spinach

Sauteed Spinach Recipe

Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 4 minutes

Ingredients:

1 bag of fresh spinach
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Wash and rinse spinach and drain
Slice garlic thinly
Set aside ingredients

Heat up a skillet low-medium
add olive oil and garlic
when garlic turns golden brown (1 minute cooking)
add spinach (salt and pepper to taste) and cook for 2 minutes.

Serve as a side or enjoy with rice.
