  • 1 Georgia or South Carolina Sweet & Juicy Peach
  • 1 Ruby Red Grapefruit
  • 1 Honeybell Orange
  • 1 Navel Orange
  • 1/2 Golden Ripe Pineapple
  • 1 Large Sweet Mango

For the Honey-Lime Dressing:

  • Juice of 4 Fresh Key Limes
  • 2-3 tablespoons of honey (adjust to your liking)

  1. Thoroughly wash all the fruit.
  2. Cut the strawberries into halves or quarters if they’re large.
  3. Scoop out the cantaloupe and melon flesh with a melon baller, or cut into bite-size pieces.
  4. Core and cut all the apples into bite-sized pieces. You can peel them if you like, but the skins add color and nutrients.
  5. Peel the dragon fruit, then slice it in half. Slice into thin pieces or cube.
  6. Cut the plums and nectarines into thin slices.
  7. Cut the peach into thin slices.
  8. Peel the grapefruit and oranges, then section and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  9. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
  10. Cut the mango into bite-sized pieces.
  11. Combine all the fruit in a large bowl and gently mix.

For the dressing:

  1. Juice the key limes.
  2. Mix the lime juice and honey until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad and gently toss to combine.

Enjoy this vibrant, sweet, and tangy fruit salad as is, or pair it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a refreshing dessert. The lime and honey dressing adds a delightful zing and sweetness that enhances the flavors of the fruits.
