Ingredients

Directions
Wash all produce thoroughly.
Chop cucumber, apple, celery, and avocado into blender-friendly pieces; peel the ginger.
Squeeze the lemon half into the coconut water.
Add spinach, cucumber, apple, celery, avocado, ginger, and herbs (if using) to the blender.
Pour in the lemon-infused coconut water.
Blend on low, gradually increasing to high until smooth.
Add ice cubes and blend again if you want a thicker, colder texture.
Taste and adjust: stir in banana slices or honey/maple syrup if too tart; add more liquid if too thick.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. You can garnish with a lemon wheel or parsley sprig if desired.
