One of my faves to make…

Ingredients:

Shrimp & Grits! 2 Cups Water, 1 Cup Milk, 1 Cup Chicken Broth. 2 Tbls Butter, Dash of salt. Bring to a light boil… add 1 cup grits. Reduce heat, whisk often for about 20 minutes, till the right consistency… add 1 more tbls butter.

Directions:

In seperate skillet, cook shrimp in olive oil and a pinch of garlic, salt, pepper. When done, toss in a sweet chili garlic sauce. In a separate pot, warm creamed style corn. NOW the fun part.. plating.. in a bowl spoon some grits… add some creamed corn, tops with some shrimp in sweet chili garlic sauce, and finish with some shredded cheddar jack cheese.. dust with some salt and pepper and yumm! (optional.. throw a few chives on top!)
