Angela’s Spiked Shrimp and Sausage

Winner of our Shrimp Recipe Contest January 2019.

We like to call this spiked shrimp and sausage ❤️
Sauté garlic in olive oil, remove from pan, cook any sausage you like (we used Italian chicken sausage from Harman Farms from the port orange farmers market, and produce from Perrines of course), add shrimp (we always buy from Fish Chic Seafood also from port orange farmers market) salt and pepper, crushed red pepper, add garlic back to pan. Deglaze with dry white wine, I used Pinot Grigio. Too with fresh parsley, we also added feta cheese. 

It’s awesome with some crusty bread to dip in the sauce or over pasta but I’m trying to be good so I made a fresh salad to go with it.
