1 package of Filet Mignon
2 cloves of Garlic
1 or 2 sprigs of Scallions
Handful of Cilantro
1 tsp Olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Place filets in a large bowl.
Finely chop the garlic, scallions and cilantro and add to bowl.
Add the juice of the lime and olive oil to bowl along with salt and pepper.
Allow to marinade for 10-15 minutes.
Heat up skillet to medium and add the steak without the marinade juices, add rosemary sprig.
Cook to desired temperature, we prefer a medium cooked steak usually takes 10 minutes for both sides.
Add the marinade juices and cook for 5 more minutes then serve with your favorite side.
We recommend garlic roasted potatoes or veggies to compliment your scrumptious steak.
