This makes for a terrific snack between meals.
1/2 Fresh Cauliflower
1 tbsp Olive oil
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Cut up your cauliflower by “branches” then slice thickly, then set aside.
Heat up skillet with olive oil to high.
Once oil is hot add the cauliflower in batches.
Cook until golden brown or until brown
Texture should be slightly firm.
Place in paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or dressing.
