Khrysten’s Marinated Filet Mignon

Directions:
Filet mignon marinated overnight with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Slow cooked Sous vide at 130 for 2 hrs then quick seared in brown butter. Served with a side of roasted potatoes.
